Village Mill Bread Company opened in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center on September 6th, 1995. When the Highlands decided to make major changes at the center we were offered a new location on the upper level between Einstein Bagels and Jamba Juice in November 2014. We jumped at the opportunity.

Though we have grown and made changes over the years, the bakery continues to be focused on the idea that families need and would enjoy a variety of freshly baked breads, muffins, cookies, granola, pies and quick breads.
