Where does the name Suspiros Pastelerías come from? It all started with the great love that Mrs. Lucía Fonseca de Esparza has for baking. She used to bake a dessert, her husband’s favorite which ate at less than what a Suspiro lasts, and that’s when the current name that characterizes us is born: Suspiros Pastelerías. Since February 12, 2004, the story of Suspiros Pastelerías has begun to bake. Each collaborator has become a quality ingredient that together has resulted in the best cake in Mexico. Beginning as a family business idea, where the crisis affected everyone and a visualization of the niche that existed, they made a taste for bakery become what is now Suspiros Pastelerías. The first branch was opened in Hermosillo, Sonora, making a dream come true that is strengthened daily with the work of all employees. We are the largest bakery in Mexico, with national presence, a mexican pride that delights the palate of thousands of families creating a unique Suspiros experience. As part of the expansion of Suspiros Pastelerías, in 2007 a bet is made to include Franchises in our business model. In this way, Los Mochis, Sinaloa opens to strengthen the brand.
