He has worked for over ten years in the food industry, and has had formal training with other pastry chefs at St Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa. With all of the skills he learned he can satisfy customers with wedding cakes, Quinceañera cakes, and other custom cakes. We can accommodate client’s desire like organic, gluten-free, and vegan cakes to meet almost all dietary needs. The options are unlimited, as we want to make our client happy and offer whatever they need to receive the cake they have envisioned.
