La Estrella Bakery dedicates its craft to baking bread fresh daily with raw ingredients. Nothing is pre-made. We maintain our culture, values, and heritage through Mexican pastries. We don’t change ingredients.

We love to educate our community, and we do so with tours for schools where we talk about Mexican culture and traditions. We work in the community and give tours to young children to ensure we have Mexican bakers in the future! Our Commitment to You
We have strong values. The local meet-and-greet where people talk about politics is in a Mexican bakery. Bakeries inform everyone about the community, and we usually have a dialogue with the customer. After all, it’s where you get your bread every day.

As a community bakery, we’re involved with a lot of traditions at the University of Arizona, and we do presentations. There’s a documentary that was made about us at the University of Arizona.

Our presentations are done in Mexico City and the border towns of the US/Mexico border. We talk about how local bakeries are disappearing in Mexico and how we need to bring them back. Come in today to learn more about our history, culture, and community.
