“Pastry is not a job, it’s a passion!” I am from the South of France and my deepest and oldest memories are with my grandparents. As a kid, I spent my time between their garden and their kitchen. This is where I fell in love with baking. I went off to become an apprentice, I travelled the world and I developed my skills amongst talented French pastry chefs. I only use the finest ingredients, local whenever possible, to carry the flavours of my childhood. My cakes are simple, classic and well-balanced. Respecting the environment is also a priority for me. I am working on reducing my impact everyday. Each day I wake up with a goal: a goal of sharing my passion with those in my community. I want to convey feelings through my pastries and I want you to understand what makes me smile when I eat desserts.
