There is no set list, but you are welcome to list what you like and we will do our best.) We will do our very best to accommodate your cupcake needs. Availability of flavors or custom work may be limited on orders with short notice. To ensure you get a specific flavor (like carrot cake or vegan) please order a week in advance. Custom work is available. You are welcome to order specific colors, or design work. This is a fondant free bakery, so you will want to keep your designs to something that can be done with icing. Custom work is generally a little bit more, but with a larger order, the more affordable it can be. If it’s a general theme or color, you can simply phone in your order. If you’re looking for something very specific, please pop in during retail hours with color samples or images of what you’re looking for. *All orders require a pick up time* Please know what time you would like to pick up your cupcakes. For the overall look of your cake, how many tiers would you like? Would you like to reserve the top tier for a cutting cake and your anniversary? How many servings are you looking for? For a white wedding cake, vanilla buttercream is recommended for each tier. Icing on the Cake offers consultations starting at $60 for the first hour. We do encourage you to skip the consolation, review the information above and plan your wedding cake with your own friends and family. Once your party has decided the cake sizes, flavors and fillings, come see us to place the order. Placing the order is a simple task and not an event for your wedding party. Once you’ve decided on the details of your cake, we encourage one person coming in to place the order. custom-cakes-bellingham If you have a specific style in mind for the decoration of the cake, please bring some images with you. Icing on the Cake does not do fondant work. There may be additional fees depending on the complexity of your desired decoration. When choosing your style, we recommend a design that coordinates with your dress. A month to two months notice is enough for placing a wedding cake order. Your are welcome to pay in full, or a 50% deposit when the order is placed. You may leave a postdated check for the remaining amount or stop back in to make the final payment two weeks before your event. custom-cakes-bellingham Icing on the Cake does not deliver at this time.
