I, Urs Huwyler (also known as Chef Urs) have been pleasing customers with custom wedding cakes, fine pastries, cakes, tartes, cheesecakes and lava cakes since I was sixteen. Born in Switzerland, I was trained in Europe under several master chefs in some of the finest hotels in Europe and the Bermudas. I opened Proof of the Pudding and Euro Chocolate Fountain 12 years ago and instilled an old family tradition of classical European style baking in each of my recipes. I and all my attendants are fully insured and health department certified for your protection. Our attendants are always professionally attired.
