Cubes Baking Co. began when Kevin started selling cube-shaped cakes from his car, a Nissan Cube. The Cube, a 4-layer cake with alternating layers of delicious cake and fillings, available in multiple flavors, was born. Cubes Baking Co. has since expanded to offer flan, chocoflan, Mexican wedding cookies, Jr. Cubes, cupCubes, and other seasonal items…and yes, they are all square or cube shaped.  Most of our offerings are inspired by Mexican pastries and pan dulce, and our wedding + custom cake menu includes Mexican flavor profiles inspired by our favorite snacks growing up in Southern Texas and California.

Tres Lecheria by Cubes Baking Co. is our wholesale bakery business, focusing on tres leches cake slices in many flavors and tres leches sheet cakes + custom cakes. Click on the “Where to Find Us” tab to learn more about the retailers where you can find our products.

WEDDING CAKES:
Our wedding cakes are priced per serving, beginning at $7/serving for buttercream decorated cakes and $8/serving for cakes covered in rolled fondant. Design charges may be incurred for additional design details. We have a custom cake order minimum of $150, and customized Cube orders begin at $75. ​ Cake tastings and design consultations may be scheduled in advance. Cake tasting boxes are available for $10 each. Wedding cake delivery and set-up is available at a base rate of $75 for the first 5 miles from our bakery location. Each additional mile is $2/mile in each direction. Delivery availability varies dependent on other scheduled orders. ​ In order to secure your date on our calendar, a minimum 50% deposit is due. Wedding cake orders must be finalized no later than 30 days before your event date. At this time, final payment must be made to confirm your order. ​ Please use the “Contact Us” tab to submit any cake tasting, design, pricing, and/or delivery inquiries and allow up to 3 business days for a response with additional information.
