Return and Refund / Pre-order Policy

>All food or beverage sales are final. Once you leave our shop with any product, you are accepting it as an approved item. Cream Pan is NOT responsible for any complaint incurred to the product once it leaves our store as it is out of our control. Once you leave the store there are no exchanges or returns.

>We do not accept returns based on taste.

>However, if the product is our fault, we accept refund or exchange. In that case, please contact us immediately within the next day of the purchase. You have to have your receipt and the actual product with the problem.

>We do NOT take same day order over the phone. Please make pre-order at least one day ahead. If you have big order like 1/4sheet cake, 1/2sheet cake, a large amount orders, and early morning pick up, please let us know three to four days ahead.
