C’est Si Bon was born in a small Melbourne, Australia kitchen over 30 years ago. Sepi, the bakery founder and inspiration, began by making small handmade Persian cookies for herself and her friends in Sydney. Her love of cooking and baking led her to open a small cafe in Sydney, called Cafe Maxim, in which she was free to explore running a small business as well as expanding her knowledge about cooking and baking.

Fast forward 15 years and a couple of business ventures later, C’est Si Bon Bakery is well into it’s 14th year of business in San Jose, California, run by a dedicated staff including Sepi and her daughters. What started as a modest cake shop with Persian sweets on the side slowly evolved into the South Bay Area’s recognized custom cake shop for designer cakes. While Persian sweets are still available every year for Persian New Years, our flagship products are customized cakes and cupcakes for any event!

While C’est Si Bon is no longer run solely by family members, our team consists of people who treat each order with an eye for detail, a penchant for perfection and a determination to outdo ourselves at every chance.

Super Custom  When we’re inspired or challenge to exceed our own expectations, magic can happen. This gallery highlights some of our “super-custom” designs, which includes 3D cakes! While we typically do not accept 3D cake orders, we do make special exceptions when we have enough team members & time to make the impossible possible. 

Custom Cupcakes
Skip the mess at your next party and order custom cupcakes instead! These are perfect for young kids, or finger-foods at large parties. Since there is no serving needed, you won’t need plates, knives, or any other utensils to enjoy a delicious cupcake. We can even add filling inside of each cupcake to make it extra enjoyable. Dessert Bar  If you’re planning a big party, having a table full of matching sweets and bite-sized goodies is the perfect way to please everyone. We offer pastries in small sizes, as well as half size cookies, and more! If you want to color coordinate some desserts to make your cake or cupcakes, we recommend pretzel rods, cakepops, rice krispy treats, or mini eclairs! We can use colored chocolates on these to match most themes, and it will tie your entire theme together flawlessly. Fondant Toppers  Feeling inspired to DIY? Save some time and order your fondant cake toppers with us! We are happy to make you pre-made decorations that you can use to decorate with at home! Kids will LOVE to assemble and design their own cakes, so this is a great idea for small parties or something special to get creative with.
