PB Bakery started as a small family owned store front in the heart of PB. Two years ago I was hired as their executive pastry chef after they expanded into a full blown catering service. Since then somethings have changed. PB has closed its storefront to focus on the high demand for weddings, catering, specialty orders and wholesale accounts.
