The delicious buttery rich flavor that customers consistently rave about is superbly complimented by baking our cakes with flavorful island fruits such as pineapples, mangoes, guavas, coconuts, passion fruit and macadamia nuts that come from the Big Island of Hawaii. Chocolate and Vanilla Beans grown and cultivated from the islands of Hawaii are also used in our bakery recipes. We handmake all of our cakes and make our puddings & caramel fresh daily from scratch.
